'Tis the Season


Food for a Good Cause!
The Tyngsboro Library is once again a drop-off center for non-perishable food items for our residents in need. Items can be dropped off at the Library anytime during open hours throughout the holiday season. Thank you again in advance for sharing the spirit of the season with your donations for our friends and neighbors in need.

Santa is at the Pheasant Lane Mall on Daniel Webster Highway. Get your photo with him until December 24.

Alarm Testing

Saturday, December 1 from 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Starting with Building 6.

If you’re not going to be home, please leave your key with a neighbor and a note on your door telling the alarm company where the key is.

Unit owners will be charged for a return visit if the alarm company can’t get access to your unit. If your smoke detectors need replacing, you will be billed individually.

**Please have Carbon Monoxide detectors on each floor of your unit.**

November Updates

• The new aerator has been ordered. Centurion working with contractor on installation. We will keep you updated as this moves forward.
• All the septic tanks have been pumped on the property.
• Carport roof (in rear of property) repairs have been placed on hold.
• Please remember that condo fees are due to Centurion on the first of every month.

And the best part is that the passes are free or for a minimal charge

Please note that this Sunday there will be a marathon cutting through Tyngsboro causing traffic delays at the Tyngsboro Bridge and Middlesex Road. The times for the road race are 8a - 1p.

It's Fall! And that means apple and pumpkin picking. Parlee Farm is a local farm on Farwell Road, just over the bridge to the right. You can pick your own, stop at the farm stand and the country kitchen or check out the little petting zoo.

• Private Property sign has been placed at entrance of Benchmark
• Marty’s Landscaping has been awarded the snowplowing contract for the 2007-2008 winter season.
• Centurion working with engineer regarding aeration system at Benchmark. (Click on this link to find more info on water aeration)
• Carport roofing on hold until outcome of aeration issue resolved.
• Benchmark passed the last copper and lead water tests.

The Quarterly newsletter was handed out on September 21, 2007.
